This app is designed to assist you in keeping track of the foods you eat and your reactions to them so that you will be better able to eat things that your body prefers.
If you want to add or remove any options listed below, go to the Settings page. You can de-select options and enter additional measurements such as glucose levels, temperature or heart rate.
You can enter values on this page any time you wish, for example two hours after each meal. The scale goes from 0 - 5, zero being the worst you've ever felt and five being the best. Point five (.5) values are allowed. Over time you will have data to review so that you can notice trends in your responses to food. An average number will be displayed and included in your data each day so you can associate your level of well-being with a range of numbers.
Entered information will be saved locally to your browser cache on this device. Your information is not stored in the cloud, so make sure to export your data on the View History page before clearing your browser cache or all the data entered on this page will be deleted.
